“Jan” the older man at front desk is very rude. Walked out within 45 seconds of taking to Jan. I have a business fleet that they just lost business on, not just today but for the indefinite future. Having friendly workers is a huge reason I and many others go out of our way to O’Reilley. Today you lost a regular customer due to extremely Poor customer service.
