Bought a ac accumulator for my truck, put $80 worth of freon in it , when pulling the low pressure fitting off, all the Freon sprayed out, the accumulator did not come with a shader valve. Store was willing to replace the accumulator but not the Freon that was purchased from O’reilly. When asked to help replace the Freon the manager because very rude, 0% customer service over the phone and hung up
Picture it...raining, you have ball games hours away every night and your hubby is away with the church youth at camp and you have just had a headlight go out!!!!Uuuuggg. I peeled in to Marysville's O'Reilly's and the manager Derek was on duty. I told him my car make, model, which headlight etc and he was pulling it up on the computer. There were options and he asked if he could verify which bulb so he would ensure selling me the right one. Very helpful in finding the right part and made sure it fit before I left.
I really don't like to right these reviews ,but being in a high level of management for years , I know its necessary for customers to have some input and give feedback weather good or Bad. Employee made me look up what I needed on my phone on their website, instead of looking on their computer. The more I go to this store the more I start to dislike going to a parts store. Sometimes you get what you need, or you are sent home with the wrong parts. Just for the record, they seem to be just like all the other Orielly’s parts stores. Never really had a great experience with this store.
