HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE! I went to seek help from an associate that was working there tonight 3/26 at around 8:40pm. Our rental car low engine light came on. I took pictures of the dip stick and of the engine with the hood open. I showed him with heavy concern about the engine oil. He told me even though the engine cap fell off, it didn’t make a difference as we would be ok. Had he told helped us correctly we could have bought a replacement while we were there. Great guys.
Always a very knowledgeable crew and answered some very vehicle specific questions I had. Between solid management and a very good crew, Id rather travel to this oreillys over others if I lived further away.
Great people, the new manager is just simply awesome!!! Was having problems with my truck and he helped me diagnose and then get the proper parts to fix it!!! The whole crew is just plain cool.
