I stopped by O’Reilly Auto Parts in the pouring rain because my windshield wiper was falling apart. Another employee mentioned they would help if it wasn’t raining, but Jay went above and beyond anyway. He put on a coat, came outside in the rain, and replaced it for me without hesitation. That level of customer service is rare these days. Thank you, Jay, for being so kind and helpful!
