I like O’Reillys auto parts but has the worst refund of store I have ever dealt with my daughter had bad ball joint my son in law and I were going to do the work I bought the ball joint and the floor jack and deposit on the puller we decided to send the vehicle in to the shop to get it fixed never used the floor jack the manager gave my daughter a hard time for 45 minutes this was two days ago I still waiting for the money to come into my account, so beware of O’Reillys in Clio bad place to deal with I am going back advance ... read more
Went into the Clio location looking for a part. Dean absolutely helped above and beyond
They do not know how to operate the machine to turn rotors. Even with a sign out front saying they do. Walked in and they acted like I was the problem expecting to be able to have the service done. The female in particular was very snooty. Won’t be back to this location
