I was traveling and my alternator stopped working. O’Reilly team helped me definitively diagnose the problem and suggested some local mechanic shops to get the work done. It was Valentin’s Day so many shops closed early. I got the replacement alternator and went to Gentleman Jims. They went up and above and got it in. I was back on the road in a few hours. Great work by the O’Reilly team and Gentleman Jim’s in helping me out!
Recently went in and had a hydraulic hose made up it was more than twice the price they normally charge. I had another business give me a price on the same hose the price was less than half. I won't be back . I won't be back
