Bad Customer Service on the weekends. I walked in and greeted the staff. They absolutely nothing. Three employees behind the desk. Two employees just continued to talked about playing computer games. One young man did adnowlege me and gave me what I needed. Need a lot improvement on the weekend staff in Customer Service.
This is the worst auto parts store I've ever been to. They looked my part up, I had to get it ordered and delivered there and pay before it arived, and pay shipping. They gave me the wrong part. I got a refund but they didnt refund the shipping even though it wasn't my fault they ordered the wrong part. They even tried to blame it on the manufacturer for sending it. If you can, avoid Elizabethtown O' Reilly's.
