I ordered a taillight assembly with next-day delivery, convinced by the manager that it would arrive the next day. However, three days later and after keeping me waiting on the phone for 30 minutes, no one could track the package. I then canceled the order, but the manager refused to refund shipping costs despite the fact that the service was not provided.
