Second time here, and they provided great customer service. The woman at the front this morning was super sweet.
I bought a battery November 2024 for my Audi at O'Reilly's Auto Parts on Dixie and Spanish River in Boca Raton. While my son had my car in December of 2025, the battery went dead. Instead of calling me to ask where I got the battery and if it was covered under warranty, he thought he was doing me a favor and purchased a new battery from a different auto parts store.
