Recently I had an issue with a battery exchange over an O'Reilly store by my house. As I was purchasing some parts for my job, I asked Lisa, the Boca Raton store manager how to go about this issue that happened at davie store, the older salesman was resisting to exchange my battery that was still in warranty. Lisa was extremely helpful, professional, and resourceful. Upper management please duplicate Lisa's professionalism, attentiveness, resourceful and spread to all your stores management.
