I will not spend anymore money at any O’Reilly. This is the 2nd time they do this with two different cars. They are lazy and don’t wanna work. Few months back I needed a new battery for my 2020 Lexus they told me they can’t charge the battery bc of a computer reset. Then I took it to autozone and this was not an issue, battery was charged in 5 minutes. I drove by on 1-6-22 to have a new battery installed. The gentleman was helpful and courteous. I will visit this auto parts store again.
Goes above and beyond. Customer service impeccable and manager is the absolute most knowledgeable ever!!!!
