Exceptional Service! Thomas & Trevon are Absolute Life-Savers I have been meaning to write this review for a while now because the service I received at this O'Reilly Auto Parts was nothing short of extraordinary. Around 7:00 PM, my car battery died while I was far from home. I managed to get to the store, and Thomas and Trevon didn't just sell me a battery, they stayed with me for a couple of hours to ensure I could actually get back on the road safely. My 1993 Ford F150 has been giving me trouble and today I had a check engine light pop up so I came here and Micheal the manager was super helpful. Even though everything on my truck was in a weird spot and needed a special adaptor to read the code that they didn’t have, Micheal took the time to figure out what was wrong with it. He came up with a creative way to fix what was wrong with it too. He was super helpful and nice and definitely recommend this store.
Very helpful staff, and usually have what I need.
