O'Reily's will not honor their there warranty on the parts they sell. Purchased a starter from them that is defective, from the first time I installed it the gear would not fully ingauge to the starter ring ( it grinds before making contact). I does not do it all the time so when I take back to show the store it would not do it. I showed them a video, even when they here it , because their tester will not show it they will not warranty it. Their manager has no Common sense or knowledge of how the parts she sells should work.... read more
Friendly, great customer service
I went into O’REILLY with a dead battery and Troy was able to inform me about the differences in brands and cranking amps while also giving great advice on brands of batteries and the different tiers within the brands. I’ve never had such an accommodating and knowledgeable worker at any parts store in the metro.
