This store is always outstanding and the staff is always knowledgeable, helpful, and courteous! Ross was extremely helpful with my battery replacement and he even took the time to help me swap it out. Saved me tons of time and trips.
Got my battery replaced and they caused an exposed ground wire when I took it to the shop, they told me about the exposed ground wire and told me to contact O’Reillys to see if they have any shops that they can send me to when I called them and asked for shop information they sent me to a mobile mechanic And told me they could not help with repair cause even though they caused the issue
Ross is the man. So kind and patient and willing to help get the right part at the right price. The emergency monsoon wiper blade crisis of 2026 has been minimized thanks in part to the great man. (And the manager was a pretty cool dude too). And, my purchase did not go to some rocket man with aspirations for world domination and a plastic wife. I’d call that a five star stop every time.
Store is very clean and the staff has been very helpful and professional. Ross helped me with a complex return situation that was partly my own fault, but helped get it resolved correctly and was super helpful. Will definitely be back here.
They had everything I needed again. I went in for lug nuts and washers for vintage mag wheels and they had enough for all four wheels. These guys are good.
