Very helpful. Friendly. Had what I needed. No labor charge for what they did.
Got battery diagnosed as bad (2 weeks to live!) from both Toyota and O'Reilly. Awesome service, got the old one replaced in the parking lot and $22 core credit towards the new battery. Drove away in 20 minutes all said and done!
Once again O'Reilly's has shown how ignorant their employees are. Proved manager wrong and got kicked out of his store. Called reginal manager. Come to find out I was right and the manager was wrong. That didn't bother me as bad as not getting an apology for him being so ugly. Shows what kind of man he really is. If he was a good man he would have offered an apology.
