I desperately needed a new battery. They had it in stock and installed it for me. Great customer service!
They are very rude and unprofessional as I walk in I asked about the socket and the guy is very unknowledge about the product and he said he will take and look and helping someone else and I have to wait again! Then same day they I asked the lady about the type of screw and she has no idea and I said I will take a pic and come back in sec and she is helping some dude there again and I lost my patient and walk off!!! Been there many times and had lots of help. Bailey the worker there helped Me with my options when I was super broke, gave me a ride home and even towed my car for me. Truly an angel of a worker and person I wish he could get a raise for being so helpful. The other worker there just stated at me like "sucks for you" but Bailey actually helped me to the best of his ability before even offering me the outside work services. I will definitely come back to the pullman branch as they treat their customers with respect
