Needed a agm battery for the girlfriends car, checked online they said they had one, she drove 45 minutes to pick it up, and when she showed me what they gave her I was displeased, non agm battery for starters, sent her in with the part number and screen shot of the battery on their website saying in stock, they tried to sell her the wrong battery, I called no remorse or admitting they were wrong. Dirty dusty standard battery is why they tried to sell her. “It just has a 3 year warranty that’s the only difference “
They were able to get me old receipt for a purchase years ago. I needed it for my insurance company. Staff was great with helping me!
