Thanks to Kyle and emery for assistance today. These young men know what they doing and also do it with care! Kyle ran a code and saved me from going to the dealer and emery assisted me with our wipers too
I want to give compliments to Wayne, Joshua, & their crew; who were extremely helpful, seemed happy to be there, and very professional. My husband was asking some technical questions about our vehicles. We have a wide variety of different vehicles & they had knowledge about each one. Staff could CARE LESS. 2 young guys working 8-3-25 evening shift could care less about helping me. Too busy riding mini bikes that there buddies rode up to the store. Emery and I can't remember the other young mans name could care less about helping me and my needs. The worst customer service I've experienced in YEARS and that's why I'm writing this. I was stranded from out of town and these guys were extremely helpful and understanding to my situation. Not often are you out of town and get treated like you visit there every day. Thanks guys for everything!
