Brought battery in to be tested at 12.30. Tells me needs to be charged then they well test it and call me back to let me know. Waited over and hour after the time they have gave me. I call to find out get put on hold. Was able to walked almost all the way to the store while on hold they finally pick up phone just to be hung up on. I walk in there's only 2 other customers with at least 4 to 5 employees. Tell them why here. They look around like thy lost it walked back there just to find out they didn't mark down or bother to ... read more
