Awful customer service and I avoid going there if possible.
Just went to O'Reillys on business loop. Walked in and asked if they could check my battery, I thought I needed a new one. Guy behind the counter said "no not while its snowing". IT IS NOT SNOWING, SPITTING AT MOST AND THERE WERE GUYS OUT HELPING OTHER PEOPLE! I looked at him and said "Bye and you just lost a sale". Went right across the street to Auto Zone and asked the same thing. I was greeted by the nicest people! They checked my battery and made a sale! They are putting it in while I am typing this. I agree, customer service needs some improvement. I ordered an oil filter, they told me i should pay for it when i picked it up. Then, after a spring break trip, i went to pick it up and they said since i didn't pay for it they only hold for 7 days?!? I wanted to pay for it when i ordered, but they told me no...what in the world? Do they want to lose a customer over an oil filter???
