I called ahead to verify they had my part. 20 minutes round trip to find out they gave me the wrong part and another 20 minutes round trip to be told they didn't have the correct part. FAIL!
Needed new batteries. I called ahead to ensure they had row for my 2022 f250 diesel. They said they had them and could swap them for me on the phone. When I arrive, this short guy Christopher said oh my those batteries are heavy, In short or i would swap them. Alot of how your visit goes depends on how well your cashier knows theyr job sometimes you win other times not so much and this is still the case
