The staff are super helpful and responsive. Dr Patterson is amazing. She is very kind, yet practical. She knows what she is talking about.
No. Surgery went well, but Dr. Patterson has the worst bedside manner, missed seeing my very low thyroid function lab prior to surgery, Collin her MA has a negative tone and is rude. They both need a hug and a week off maybe. ☠️ Dr. Patterson isn’t a people person and will not engage in conversations unless it’s to correct you. I tried engaging in a short conversation about one mistake I made (taking iron 5 days too soon after surgery.) She just ran with it like I ate to Big Macs in front of her. Dr Patterson is my surgeon, the whole process went great, text book if you will. I will and have recommended Oregon Weightloss Surgery to others. Am down 60lbs and still have a ways to go. I still put in the work on my side, so do not go thinking the surgery alone will do it all for you. There is a lifestyle adjustment and small aches and pains along the way so be ready.
