Oregon vet is THE best. I have nothing but the best to say about them. They are always careful, respectful, and know what they are doing. Unlike other vets, they always take the time to explain all the options available. When Stoughton gave up, and UW said my cat may have a year at a cost of $2500. Oregon vet (Dr Stevens) gave me 5 additional years at a cost of $700. They gave me options other places did not.
