I had a very disappointing experience with this office. The staff demonstrated poor communication throughout my care, and I was not allowed to see or speak with my doctor following my surgery. Instead, I was only seen by the physician assistant, whose sole recommendation for my ongoing, severe nerve pain was to prescribe pain medication. Wrangled my father there for an appt and Dr. Viramontes was called out for an emergency. I understand emergencies happen and was not upset. A month later, my father canceled an appt due to being to ill for surgery and was billed the $150 "no show" fee.
