Terrible customer service. I've been in the service industry for over 40 years and I'm shocked to see such poor customer relations. They aren't the only game anymore so it behooves me as to why they act this way. OBC will treat you much better.

Good place to shop bad place to work at, everything looks magical if you’re a costumer but I’ve been paying attention how management speaks to their employees especially the new ones and now I see why nobody wants to work there , plus a neighbor who worked for them said the owner is very rude , stingy and always giving you a condescending treatment.
