I have lived at Oregon trail apts for 8 years.We have had several managers who treated the tenants terrible.We now have Dion who is amazing.He answers your calls and emails the tenants right back.We are lucky to have Dion and of course Nate our maintenance guy.I have known Nate for several years and he is very knowledgeable and takes great care of the tenants.
Nathan and Troy with Golden Eye Construction really do an amazing job with the upkeep of these apartments. Always super friendly and fix things so quick, they make living here a great experience anytime we experience something that needs fixed. Thank you Nathan and Troy!
I use to live here and now I live at the sister property. I still visit and as I see it the place kept up with , Dion offers me a great deal on one of the apartments but got me into the other property to be closer to my daily commute. Awesome communication aswell!!
Hi.I have lived at Oregon trail apts for 8 years.We have had several managers in the years I have been here all bad ones.The best manager we have is Dion Salina’s.He takes excellent care of the tenants with complaints and concerns.He is the only manager we have had that answers the phone and emails the tenants back.I have always had excellent customer service from Dion.We are lucky to have him as our manager.
Location and apartment size are great, but that’s basically the only good thing they have going for them. The biggest problem is with management. There is almost no communication whatsoever. When we first moved in, it had almost certainly not been cleaned. The floor was dirty and smelled of animal urine. Our dishwasher wasn’t connected to the wall. This took about a week to fix.
