All I can say is JOIN SCOUTING! It will be the BEST experience of your life and your child's life. There is no other organization that teaches youth to be leaders with ethics and energy.

OTC is a wonderful Council of terrific staff and volunteers. As a scout parent for the last 12 years I have been pleased to see my three children grow in character, confidence and skills. As a scout volunteer I am excited to move forward with the training and support the council offers to make my volunteer work easy and joyful. These young people are offered an excellent program.
