Nurses Katie and Maya were so amazing and really helped calm my nerves. I had never had surgery or been under anesthesia before and I was so nervous about my surgery. They walked me through every step and made sure I understood everything that was about to happen. Dr Walker, Also came in and went over everything with me, the compassion and care they gave certainly set my mind at ease. Dr Kyle made us feel that he wasn't rushed and talked in plain language. Very concerned with my Mom's condition and was able to fit her in for a procedure that wasn't scheduled. We appreciated this as we drove over an hour to Springfield and my Mom is 90. Thank you, Dr. Kyle for your kindness.
Both the registered nurse and the surgeon explained in detail what the procedure would entail, how long it would take, and why they were preforming it on me. It made me comfortable and relaxed throughout the process.
