The phone system wait times are terrible, and even after waiting and leaving messages, It took over 2 weeks for me to get a call back to get an appointment. It truly gives the impression that patient needs aren’t a priority. I’m not sure what’s going on behind the scenes, but the lack of communication and follow-through makes it impossible for me to recommend this office. I cannot give this place a good rating. First off trying to get ahold of anyone in this office is literally next to never. Ive left a few messages that never got returned. I had 3 procedures done back in October 2024. I had hernia repair, gallbladder, nissen fundoplication all done at the same time. In one of my procedures, I had a nissen fundoplication done by Winnie Henderson. I ended up with a severe narrowing of my esophagus and other complications from this surgery. I can't even begin to express how grateful I am for Dr. Winnie and her amazing team. At 27, I was diagnosed with aggressive breast cancer, and the thought of facing a bilateral mastectomy was terrifying, especially as a young woman with the plan of getting married soon and having kids. But with the help of Dr. Winnie, Dr. Meldrum, and their incredible team, I was able to push through my fears. Now, I feel stronger and more at peace than I ever thought possible. I will be forever thankful for their support and care.
