Dr. Kollmorgen was such a delight and I was super happy with how well my surgery went! Clean incision and easy recovery!

The phone system wait times are terrible, and even after waiting and leaving messages, It took over 2 weeks for me to get a call back to get an appointment. It truly gives the impression that patient needs aren’t a priority. I’m not sure what’s going on behind the scenes, but the lack of communication and follow-through makes it impossible for me to recommend this office. UPDATE-After reading the response, I don’t believe it’s unreasonable to expect adequate staffing to ensure phone calls are answered and returned. It seems ... read more
