I had a gait analysis with coach rob today. I was super impressed with how thorough, attentive, and impactful the experience was. Rob does a great job of explaining and conceptualizing how to improve your running form. He even helps you come up with a plan going forward to help prevent injury and promote longevity. I would highly recommend the experience to anyone. I will definitely be doing a follow up appointment and using them to help program a plan for me going forward.

I had a chronic shin splint issue that would flare up every time I would run faster or for longer periods. I really felt like this was an issue I would just have to live with, as I had tried PT in the past with no real results. I decided to try PT again with Dr. Jen Davis because I wanted to run a marathon and there was no way I’d be able to with these shin splints. Dr. Davis did thorough exams and a gait analysis to see where exactly my issues was, which was largely my running form. She not only started me with a program to... read more

After taking nearly a decade off from running, Oregon Running Clinic deserves all the credit for inspiring my love of fitness and running again. I started with a 3D Gait Analysis with Coach Rob, which identified several key areas to improve the efficiency of my running gait. Rob is very knowledgeable about the mechanics of running and protecting against common injuries that plague runners. Rob helped me navigate a training program to run the 2024 NYC Marathon, my first marathon, with constant communication, advice, and motiv... read more

Really great experience. Rob spent a lot of time with me during the analysis and then was available for support the whole 5 weeks of my program. I have noticed a huge difference in my form (and I wasn't even aware at how inefficient I was running) and I felt like the strategies and program were very manageable. Thanks for helping me be a lifelong runner!

As a fit 64 year old fitness instructor, personal trainer & running coach, luck has been on my side to stay injury free. But this February I learned 1st hand how amazing a great Physical Therapist can be! Was in pain, limping & not too positive that i would ever run again & not sure why i was injured. Jen has seen me a few times before but nothing serious in the past. Her commitment, expertise , diagnoses & her continuing education where she uses all this to provide the most effective treatment to get you back to running was... read more
