Reception should really work on their customer service, and how they speak to parents.
I cancelled my son's appointment 3 days in advance because he had strep throat. The receptionist that I talked to was beyond rude and acted like I was just cancelling his appointment for no reason and when I called back once his strep symptoms were all cleared up hoping the schedule his appointment again, the previous receptionist had put us on the list for same day only appointments because we supposedly pulled a "no call no show" which. Loved that Zoha introduced herself to my child which I believe is very important because children have a hard time trusting strangers especially in a setting that can spike nerves. Zo also answered all my daughter’s questions and my child has A LOT of questions. My daughter has more confidence in procedures to come and Zo gave her an honest rundown of what will happen and reassured her that she could do it. Was a very good experience. Also loved how friendly Rose at front desk was.. she was patient, kind, and helpful!
Needs to retire not friendly with kids all he cares about is getting your money
They treat kids horrible... No compassion at all! WE DO NOT RECOMMEND!!
