Highly dissatisfied with the communication and service we've experienced from this office.
At this last visit, the doctor was out who normally sees my granddaughter and the Doctor Who saw her I didn’t care for his way of doing things I didn’t care for the way he was trying to downplay my granddaughter‘s pain that she was having doing that procedure. The young lady who was helping him, was not staying focused on what she doing because she made my grandchild gag while trying to suction her cause she wasn’t looking at what she was doing. My husband took my children to their appointment, the outside door was locked so he stood in the hall waiting. The office reached out to me but I was at work and unable to answer the phone, desk lady when my husband finally got let in was rude and kept telling him he was late however if the doors wernt locked he wouldn’t have been late. Don’t think patients should be held responsible for being late because the building is locked and they are unable to get in.. and I would think staff would be understanding of the situation.
