Very poor communication and no sense of urgency. I would recommend going elsewhere for your insurance coverage.

Just before dad passed away, I told the manager of Oregon Mutual Insurance that I may have to go to the funeral. A week after the funeral they fired me for one word 'performance'. Thanks for nothing. If they treat their employees poorly, imagine how they treat their customers.
