They don't respond to multiple phone messages. Very frustrating and annoying. Their lack of customer support leads to increased costs with mortgage companies.
Paid property taxes...yeahhhhh, done.
Very poor communication and no sense of urgency. I would recommend going elsewhere for your insurance coverage.
I had a clean they solve it in a week fast and no hustle. Very good insurance.
