Seriously tried charging $80 for a nitrogen fill on a rebuilt shock. It wasn't even a joke, he said it with a straight face and everything. This further confirms that their shop services are anything but honest. I also had a bad experience in the past with having a tire mounted and balanced through their shop. the tire was mounted but i was charged $25 for the balance and they hadn't even removed the bailing wire i put in the hub holding the bearing in place.
