I took a phlebotomy class in Springfield through this school and I was pretty disappointed. While the instructors obviously were good phlebotomists, their teaching and understanding of the course material left much to be desired. We got out of class an hour early on three separate occasions due to a lack of alcohol swabs for blood draws. Had I not had prior medical training I would have really struggled. They rushed through lectures, mispronounced words, and gave contradictory answers. I expected much more from an instructor... read more
