I moved to OR & found a rheumatologist to follow up after having to leave my previous one due to the move. I was diagnosed with lupus in 1997 & later RA. I explained all this to the new rheumatologist. Since I had not been able to get my records he sent me for blood work. I went back after those results & he told me "you don't have lupus". Awful experience with Dr. Gregg and some of the office staff. She doesn't really listen to you and can't remember what she just said, so she contradicts herself. She abruptly dropped a conversation through the patient portal and never responded again. I wanted to switch doctors, which they said was fine but then they said it wasn't. They became extremely rude to me and told me I don't even need to come here again because my test results were negative, so I don't have an autoimmune disease. Dr Gregg has been neglectful with my care at this clinic. She has made my life a living hell trying to get my medication! I’m not sure how she is even a doctor. She doesn’t listen and doesn’t remember things you tell her. She doesn’t know what medication you’re on and had someone call and ask me what my symptoms were before I could get a refill on a medication I’m already on! Waste of time what does it matter where I live if I’m willing to make it down here for an appointment. I have insurance and a referral. You’re going to get paid regardless. Zero compassion. I give Zero stars: I’ve been moving around due to being a military spouse and work. Now in search of a rheumatologist as I will be moving here in the next few months. I waited an entire month for my referral to be reviewed by a doctor for them to write a stamp all over it that says DO NOT SCHEDULE. Of course they didn’t notify me of this.... read more
No compassion. I give Zero stars: I’ve been moving around due to being a military spouse and work. Now in search of a rheumatologist as I will be moving here in the next few months. I waited an entire month for my referral to be reviewed by a doctor for them to write a stamp all over it that says DO NOT SCHEDULE. Of course they didn’t notify me of this. I had to find this out.
