I had an extremely disappointing experience at OMG Urgent Care. I was sent for an urgent evaluation for a severe bilateral ear infection and chose OMG Urgent Care because I work nearby and am an existing OMG patient. I arrived at 4:30 PM, only to be met by a security guard at the door. The lights were dim, and I stood in line for about 15 minutes. The doctor there today was great. I felt kind of like I was waisting their time because I thought I for sure broke my tailbone. Turns out it wasn’t, but he definitely made me feel like I was not waisting their time at all. He was very kind and informative. I don’t know that I’ve ever felt that taken care of at an urgent care before. He even asked if I wanted to take a few more views of x rays to ease my mind. He went above and beyond! Not to sure what the hell the doctor does in the back but this place has no sense of urgency for people who in pain out in the waiting room, worse care for people there.
A joke. Wait times are horrendous. Can overhear the Reception staff talking amongst themselves, laughing & speaking about taking shots over the weekend, while people are hurting and stressed in the waiting area for hours at a time. Do not recommend at all. Terrible service!!!
