Beware of this very misleading group. I had tried to get them to stop making million dollar misrepresentations on properties in the MLS, such as RMLS #407398123 which claims the Newport Property at 107 SW Coast St as being oceanfront when it actually is numerous blocks away and surrounded by other houses. Randy was great to work with! He kept us aware at least weekly of the status of everything. He helped arranged the repairs needed on the home to make it ready to list it. He was great with our previous property manager and the potential buyers. Even more impressive, this was all done remotely!
