Awful place. My appointment is always canceled last minute, call back is a huge pain. I'm always rescheduled weeks out. Worst was John Wilcox. Terrible communication skills, bedside manners are lacking, not helpful, and claims my current health circumstances are my own fault. Looked him up when I got home and saw he has a criminal record. Not surprised. Florence health care is terrible.
Best office ever. John Wilcox PA is an excellent provider who cares. His nurse is awesome too.
My kids have OHP and were told to do annual check ups here. They seemed nice enough but not very helpful. Can’t even do vaccinations. Would not recommend if you have the option of going elsewhere.
Just moved to area and needed to transfer OHP to Lane County in order to receive any help!! The secretary was amazing; told me what to do at DHS and got me an appointment (off a cancellation) within a week!!! That's unheard of these days. Because of my Mental Health issues, she may have very well saved my life. The Nurse and Doctor were both very efficient, kind, and patient with me. Thank you, JBC
