I called out of desperation. I needed this little 5.00 gutter off set.. not being a local, I couldn't find anyone in the area.. And I must have called 15 different numbers, all of which directed me back to this company.. so I think it was apparent to the poor woman that I was in a situation .. after the 15th time, I didn't want to bother, but I was told I'd get a call back..
