Awful customer service. Will not answer the phone, does not respond to emails and will leave texts on read. All while they take your money and refuse access to the gym
I tried calling multiple times to get help over the phone and nobody is answering. I was told that a waiver needs signed online for my 16 year old son to use the facility, after they already let him use the facility, but there is nowhere to sign said waiver. Does nobody work here on Tuesday between 530pm and 610pm? Awful way to do customer service. This is why I go to Planet Fitness but my son insists he wants to go here with his friends.
