The entire staff is not only friendly but super efficient and competent. They return calls and always do what they say they will do. Integrity like that is scarce elsewhere these days. I'm also very happy with my Primary Care Dr. Remington.
Dr. Hoover and staff are incredibly, supportive and very professional. I feel so fortunate to have such a caring Doctor and assistant Ashley. The whole staff are welcoming and always ready to assist in any situation. Thank you for all your support.
Dr Hoover is amazing! 🤩 But the office staff isn’t very nice, very short & not kind.
It's a money focused clinic more then it is people focused. It preys on the local elderly community being the closest thing Dallas has besides an ER. Unhelpful and unfriendly reception, more interested in getting you off the phone with you then helping with issues. Crazy fees. And a retired doctor there was one of the worst doctors I've ever had more worried about his ego then helping his patients be healthy.
