Dr Virginia is amazing with all my family and my kids actually like going to the dentist because of her and her staff! I always refer people to use her as their dentist!
Hands down the best dental experience our family has ever had. Dr. Virginia Dunn is AMAZING and SO GOOD with our kids, and her staff matches her energy every step of the way... kind, professional, and always on time. They truly do it all right. Worth the drive from anywhere in Oregon (or beyond). Call them - you’ll be glad you did!
Made an appointment back in October (3 months ago) for February just for a consultation and since I’m having some pain I figured I would go ahead and call the office and just confirm my appointment and ask for their fax number so I can get my dental records sent to them. They claim to have no record of my appointment and now don’t take my insurance. Best dentist ever! Office is super friendly and Dr. Dunn knows what she is doing. They all take their time and I have nothing but great things to say about her and all of her staff! We will never go anywhere else
No star is deserved!! I called to set an appointment. Receptionist said that within 4 months they were probably dropping my insurance~ UHC. I asked if I could still set up a consultation. She said why? She then placed me on hold, then hung up on me! I called back to give her the benefit of the doubt. I left a message to give them a chance. What a nasty way to service the public!!
