Really nice first experience at EyeHealth NW. Check in went smooth, I was called back on time and greeted warmly. Dr. Ng was friendly, very thorough and provided great suggestions and treatments for my medical eye issues.
Dr Garrett is great - the clinic seems to have issues with text messages sent out to show money owed but payments received at time of visit.
People are very nice but the wait times are atrocious. Last visit was 45 minutes in the lobby and 20 minutes waiting for doctor. Should have been a 15 min. post op check up.
As always - everyone was efficient and helpful. Kindly answered several questions.
