Awful wait times. Showed up to my appointment early with all paperwork prefilled out. Should have been called back right away. Instead I sat in the lobby for 35 mins past my appointment waiting to be called back. Finally got brought back, spent 10 mins going over things with the assistant. Then sitting in the exam room for another 30 mins waiting on the doctor. My appointment start time was 1 hour 20 mins ago and I still haven’t seen the doctor. Pretty ridiculous. Wouldn’t recommend this place.
Dr. Ng is an extraordinary practitioner. She is caring, thorough, professional, patient and understanding. I highly recommend her practice.
