Very friendly and helpful staff! The doctors are warm, caring and explain to you everything that will happen.
Smooth sailing from check in to check out. The nursing staff was great, especially Kristen. Cancer free should always get 5 stars regardless though! :)
Unfortunately, these folks are incredibly inept. My surgery had no major flaws or lingering effects - but their billing/admin team sent a bill to an address I no longer live at then charged me a late-fee after only a couple weeks. I've never had a late bill in my life. I then paid the bill for the procedure - but they continue to send me a bill for the late fee. Very happy with everyone here
I never do online reviews, but this place is first class.The front desk, nurses, medical assistants, nurse anesthetist, and doctor were all friendly, warm, professional, and caring. While getting a colonoscopy is a pain in the ass; they made it as pleasant as possible.
