The employees are very helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly, especially Heather. The office is clean and orderly. I observed that the staff was exceptionally helpful to a woman who seemed to have some issues.
Sucks when you call a place and they expect you to leave a message instead of answering the phone. Understaffed oregon departments probably get too much tax funding despite the fact nobody is ever available to help you. Workload is spread across too few people. There should be someone who isn't super busy and can pick up the phone at 4pm on a Tuesday.
