I recently attended the Mom Fit eight week series at OC Gym Bend. It is a great group of moms supporting other moms while we recover from giving birth and improve our fitness to be able to care for our little ones! Coach Amanda was very kind, attentive and made sure to check in on our form as well as help push us when needed! I found this group very pivotal during my first postpartum journey! I highly recommend attending these classes, whether you are a first time exerciser or well-versed in fitness!

OC has been such a game-changer for me! Training here has helped me flourish in my soccer career not only in high school, but now collegiately. This program has improved my strength, speed, explosion, and injury prevention. My time at OC has been nothing but positive, both in the training and the people. It is such a supportive environment, and I am constantly being pushed to be better by the people around me. I would not be where I am without OC Sports Performance!

I did the intro to women’s strength training class (Strong Her) and absolutely loved it. As someone who has been interested in strength training for quite some time but clueless where to start, this class was perfect. Trainers Cait and Kelly were great with their instruction and amazing at modifying an exercise so everyone in the class was able to do it. Strong Her had a diverse group of women attending and it was so fun to grow with them.

OC gym is honestly great! They start you out with personal training to ensure you have a good foundation before starting with the group. I was slightly intimidated at the thought of joining a group fitness program, but everyone in the group is so supportive and the coach always demos the exercises before we start the workout. They also provide modifications, which is very helpful as a beginner!

I recently completed the StrongHer program at OC and it was great! After years of high intensity workouts, my body was feeling more exhausted than strong, and this program was so helpful in getting back to the right balance and feeling so much stronger. It is super approachable for all levels, and I appreciated the additional high-touch support and education that was offered.
