Carla Cooper is the most unprofessional and most inconsiderate person to ever work in this capacity. With comments "are you going to pay this or not?" "I have other things I could be doing" when responding to her attitude her reply was "I don't work in customer service" and "I don't know what to tell ya". They refuse to send me proof im making payments and havent been reporting it to the credit buero. So now my son n I will most likely be homeless in February.
After reading the other reviews I was reluctant to call and set up payment. I left a message and a woman called me back in about an hour. She was very helpful and kind. She allowed me to choose the amount to pay and when I will pay it each month. She immediately emailed me a receipt to present to the necessary people. Thank you for your help and for making it painless.
I have had a difficult time paying the debt I owe. Despite that the lady who runs this agency has always been professional and nice to me. She emails my payment receipt same day I make a payment.
These people EFFing suck. Criminals. Besides they called me BEFORE 9 in my time zone, which I believe to be illegal under federal dialing laws. I plan on filing a claim. They're lucky they didn't get bricks through their windows. FYI, I know someone is gonna see this being as negative as it is, go ahead, get it removed like before COWARDS.
