The staff was nice, but Dr. Jenq herself was kinda cold. Dr. Jenq is decent at her job, and her cosmetic outcomes are average. That being said she lacks key communication skills and is not very friendly. The whole consultation felt very rehearsed and she did not answer my questions very well. At times I felt like she was not all there mentally. My overall review is if you are looking for a cosmetic surgeon who is welcoming and great at their job, this is not the place for you. Wow, I am so surprised to see Dr. Jenq has a negative review. She is the sweetest person! She was so kind and informative with me, she spent lots of time explaining my options and was willing to implant quickly after tissue removal. She was super helpful when choosing the appropriate implant size replacement as well. It has been 5 years and my implants look beautiful and the scarring is practically non existent. Highly recommend
