Water exercise is the best deal in town. $25 for 20 hours of exercise in the pool. Workout is designed to move all parts of your body following an instructor on the deck. Majority of participants are elderly women with most joining in while others socialize. On a good day there could be 8-10 men but typically just 5-7. The hot tub is a great way to end the hour.

Attending a water exercise class. Lots of older adults, I'm one, following an instructors moves as best as you can. It's more fun than it sounds and I use the hot tub when it's over.
