We had an awesome time on the train, we did the candy cane express for Christmas and it was so fun. We also took our dog who loved it. The staff was friendly , the ride as comfortable and the scenery was beautiful!
First time going, did the candy cane express. Beautiful views, nice drive along the coast to get there. Didn't realize the train just went forward and then backwards the same way. They had cookies and hot chocolate and Santa came around for photos. The train cars are very historic, we chose the 1920s car, there wasn't much leg room if your a taller person may want to ride in a different car. First time on the candy cane express and it was awesome. I’m new to the area and it was cool and lovely outside, not raining and not windy. I’d like to ride during the day next time!
We went on the Candy Cane Express, and we loved it. Christmas music, cocoa, cookies, and Santa! The kids loved it. Beautiful views of Tallamook Bay.
