The Oregon Coast Scenic Railroad was formed in 2004 to operate and preserve historic railroad and logging equipment. Fun little train ride. Dog loved it. Got Jack Straw stuck in my head.
A variety of trains and carriages, great for kids of all ages. If you’re sitting in the outside carriage you might want some ear plugs because the horn gets quite loud. The stories from the tour guide are great and make the ride a lot more engaging. The train leaves exactly on time so make sure you get there about 15 minutes early so you can get a ticket and get seated.
