Great value train and beach trip for my son. They announced his birthday and we all sang. Buy your tickets in advance but I did also notice that they have walk up tickets. Garibaldi is far to us so I wouldn't risk it. Perfect beach and perfect beachfront restaurant when you get to Rockaway. Next time we will do an earlier train, spend 2 hours at Rockaway and then take train back. ( we returned to Garibaldi same trip and then drove back to rockaway to eat and do the beach stuff) My mom was in a wheelchair and it fit but we us... read more
