Michele was fantastic! She asked thorough questions so we only saw homes that fit our criteria, was always friendly, responsive, and on time. She coordinated with our mortgage company, shared resources for insurance, utilities, and inspections, and did a great job negotiating with the seller’s agent. We closed on time and the whole process was smooth. Highly recommend!
Coming from a local Oregon lender, Michele was a joy to work with. She was on top of everything. I got immediate responses to all questions, and she provided me with plenty of updates when it was necessary. The clients we were working with are great family friends of mine, and she treated them like family. That in itself goes a long way.
